Composed of found wood, beeswax, and pigment, the Light Reactive Organic Sculpture operate at the intersection between painting and sculpture. Combining permeable properties with a heavy materiality, these radically non-technological works absorb and radiate light, in accordance with the colour of encaustic.  The result is a subtle and evolving perceptual event that is at once spatial, atmospheric, and immersive.
